Programming - Identify and analyze the facility's need and goals
             
Existing Conditions Drawings - Draw the existing conditions floor plan(s) for the facility

Schematic Interior Design - Formulate the facility's needs and goals into a preliminary and code compliant interior design (space planning, custom millwork design, interior finish and furniture selection)

Space Planning - Design the layout for new non-load bearing walls, custom millwork, and furniture

Custom Millwork Design - Design custom millwork storage cabinetry and work areas

Interior Finish Specification - Specify new interior finishes (flooring, paint, wall covering, countertop and cabinet materials, ceiling materials, and lighting)

Furniture Specification - Specify new furniture, fabric, and finish

Interior Design Construction / Installation Drawings - Develop the design into final construction / installation drawings

Project Administration - Oversee the construction / installation of the non-load bearing walls, custom millwork, interior finishes, and furniture

On-site Visit - Conduct on-site visits during construction / installation to review the progress of work

Interior Design Punchlist - Prepare a final list of interior design elements for the contractor to achieve prior to final construction / installation completion
