Workers’ Credit Union, an $800 million credit union with 67,000 members headquartered in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, hired Woodard Interiors to redesign their Call Center, Operations Center, and Training Department.  Workers’ mission is to do what’s right for its members and communities. That same level of dedication goes into creating comfortable and productive work environments for their employees.  The existing furniture and equipment for each of the three departments was inventoried prior to laying out each of the new space plans.  Additional furniture and equipment was identified so that the new office layouts addressed both the current staff needs and anticipated future department growth.  New interior finishes were selected to coordinate with the existing finishes in adjacent spaces.  The three newly designed office areas clearly illustrate Workers’ Credit Union’s commitment to their employees.
