We do this through:

Programming – Identifying and analyzing the needs and goals of our clients and their spaces

Field Verification – Measuring existing interior conditions prior to space planning

Existing Conditions Drawings - Drawing the existing conditions floor plan(s) for the facility

Code Compliance – Ensuring that our work meets building, accessibility and life safety codes

Schematic Interior Design – Formulating the facility’s needs and goals into a preliminary interior design (space planning, custom millwork design, interior finish, furniture and lighting selection)

Space Planning – Designing a layout for new non-load bearing walls, custom millwork and furniture

Custom Millwork Design – Designing custom reception desks, work areas, and storage cabinetry

Interior Finish Specification – Specifying new interior finishes (flooring, paint, wall covering, countertop and cabinet materials, ceiling materials and lighting)

Furniture Specification – Specifying new furniture, fabric and finish

Interior Design Construction/Installation Drawings – Developing the design into final construction/installation drawings

Project Administration – Overseeing the construction/installation of non-load bearing walls, custom millwork, interior finishes, furniture and lighting

On-site Visit – Conducting on-site visits during construction/installation to review progress

Interior Design Punchlist – Preparing a final list of interior design elements for the contractor to achieve prior to final construction/installation completion
